Push to talk - How to set default?

Hello,

I would like to set the push to talk so it defaults to speakerphone. I think I do this in 'options', but I have no idea how to change anything in options. Can someone give instruction to a real newb please?

In the phone app choose options and ptt, then make sure all is set to no.

On the main screen, if I go to 'options' (the wrench), there is no PTT or walkie talkie option. I have the following:
