hey like start by saying hi, im new to the forums
i have recently got myself a Blackberry 7100v an dwhen i was entering contact details i got an error message that read "uncaught exception: java.lang.nullpointerexception" and now i am unable to access my contact list, has this happened to anyof you before and if so how did you resolve the problem?
i would really apreciate some help with this

As to your problem with th e7100v, you might try a Cold Reboot (Battery Out, wait 15-30 sec, Battery Back in). If that doesn't work, the you may need to re-install your OS.

yeah i will do at some point i didnt really have time the other day i just found the site and had the problem
and also thanks, doing a cold reboot did work
