not getting email notices
I've set up my BB via my t-mobile account to send me notices when I get emails from my work email. It's a groupwise account. t-mobile says it's activated but I'm not getting notices of new emails. Any suggestions on what I should do?

Or do you want the email?
BIS will only be able to retrieve email from a mail server which is open to retrieval by a third party.
I am not familiar with Novell's Groupwise, but I am familiar with BIS. BIS can only do POP3, IMAP, and OWA.
BES can be used with Groupwise, but your company needs a BES and you need to activate on it.
Do you have an icon with your email name? Sounds like you might be missing a service book if tmobile says its activated.
