    Question No email!! PLEASE HELP

    I purchased the 7105t in December of 2005, (3 months ago) and have been through Tier 1 - Tier 100 at T-Mobile - they just cant figure this out!

    Here are the details:
    1. Initially set up corporate email and it worked great.
    2. My company had to reconfigure the Exchange server, went down for a day. They brought the server back up and now I cannot set up my account again.
    3. Gmail works fine.
    4. Error message reads as follows: “A connection could not be established to webmail.abccompany.com/exchange. Please check that the server name is correct and that the server is available.”
    5. The server is available - I can reach it via any computer OWA style.
    6. My Exchange Admin has examined this and cannot figure the problem.
    7. OWA address is and has been https:// (not http://)
    8. I've tried every variation possible when inputting require fields on the T-Mobile site; i.e. account name, server address, user name, etc.
    9. I'm ready to bail on Blackberry, even though I was praising it initally - (when it worked!!).

    webmail.abccompany.com/exchange is for use from your PC browser only. Your BB should not be trying to sync email via webmail.abccompany.com/exchange that would be in like asking the BES and Blackberry to sync using a page like this: http://exchange.nus.edu.sg


    You need your admin to remove your PIN (Blackberry account) from BES and re-activate your enterprise account via USB or even OTA and then u can generate your encryption key again and sync email via your.names@company.com & password.

    If you don't have BES you can't sync with an exchange email account via BIS. What i've done in past is to ask the MS exchange admin to forward a copy of all emails received on your exchange email account to yourname@yourcarrier.blackberry.net. It will go straight to your BB.

    You can then change your Blackberry sent from address to that if you like.
