n00b -- how to use calling cards?

My old Sony-Ericsson had a 'calling card' feature. Basically, for any number in the list, you pressed 1-2 keys to use the calling card feature which dialed a prefix number (ie the 1-800 access #, then the PIN, incl pauses as necessary) and then dialed the number in the addressbook.

This worked with direct dialed numbers and those from the addressbook. And it wasn't a global setting, you used it when necessary.

Do blackberry's have anything like this? It's such an old feature I'd be surprised if they didn't... how does one enable it?

I think they do but I am not sure how to set it up.
