OK for all the people that has been having issues with your call log/email log!!
I did not stop till I got to the bottom of the issue….I have the 7105t with T-Mobile… I upgraded to the 4.1 OS software and suddenly I was losing my logs.But the problem was not the upgrade. I spoke with T-Mobile BB Specialist they were bogged, so they transferred me over to RIM, I explained the issue to “Tim” who works for RIM. LOL All the way in Canada!!! WOW!!! He said to check my status and yes I was a download freak I was putting everything on the BB. Turns out it was out of memory… So it kept deleting the logs to make room I was told technically speaking the BB needs at least 2MB of memory to run all software efficiently!!...So this is the steps.
Go to: Tools, Options, Status.
What does file free say??? Mine was (0) Bytes…
So he advised me to take some things off that I don’t really need. Then pull the battery out (Reboot) and when I get to the home screen use the Desktop Manager> Backup> Advance Options and delete the things I deleted on the BB permanently. I have not had any issues since. And he gave me a case number and a phone number directly to RIM and said if the problem still keeps happening then it is a problem with the BB and I will be issued another one.

LOL, in all of that discussion we did regarding this, I left out the fact that I had cleared off all the extra crud. I guess that is why mine started working - sorry I left that out!!!

Thanks! That is nice....something so simple cause such a fuss! anyway my bb which I now named butterflyblues is working perfectly with new 4.1 upgrage no more ghost in her machine!!!lol
