Conrad, on the MY TMO main page after sign in, scroll down to the messaging section, click "Set up Blackberry Internet email" and then service books.

i cant get to tmobile.blackberry.com. I have the T-mobile web, which as I understand is the most basic. What is a bis? I have not got anywhere were I can send a service book. So no, not sent.

Conrad, if you have a BB data plan and follow my steps on my last post, it should be there.

Is the basic $5.99 tmobile web constitute a data plan?

Yeah, you'll need at least the basic 19.99 add-on data plan to browse.

You'll have to sign up for a BB plan in order to get the email. The browser won't be delivered in the service books until you get a data plan.

Well, the girl from the Tmobile support totallly screwed me then. She said I could get on any WAP enable page with the 5.99 plan. Shoot dang. Oh well, thanks guys. Still I have no browser (even though it wont work, obviously). Any suggestions there?

When you get properly set up on your BlackBerry Data Plan, you should get several Service Books sent to your BB, if you do the Host Routing Table Register Now. Then you should have your Internet and Wap Browsers. You may have to set up your BIS account with your IMEI and PINs, and possibly have to Send the Service Books from the BIS account also.

    Hope this helps
