    Hi Joe,

I use BBweather, seems to work well for me. What questions do you have about setting it up?

does it push automataclly or do you have to go into refresh all the time. The icon that I have on my screen is cloud with lighting bolt. is that right.

Thats correct, its the cloud with the lightnoing bolt. You can set a poll interval, open the app, bring up the menu and select options, in there you will have the option to set current conditions interval and forecast interval.

    Hope that helps

BBWeather is a good program. You may also want to try

Go to the Blackberry Help home page on your browser. Go to Push Services, Press "I Accept" and there are two different Push Weather programs there.

The Weather Network gets pushed to your Messages inbox at preset intervals.

The AccuWeather link gives you an icon on your desktop and updates via push at preset intervals.

    Both are very good.

Joe, If you're looking for real time weather there are several other options:

    1) You can buy a subscription to either WeatherBug or WeatherChannel Mobile. They tend to be expensive ($39 to $59 per year).

    2) There are many mobile weather web sites that are very good including:

    http://mobile.wunderground.com
    http://blackberry.xhtml.weather.com
    http://accuweather.com/pda
    http://mobile.weatherbug.com

These are free, mobile web weather sites that I usually use because their maps are a little better. I also use Weatherbug. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask.

Personally, I like Weatherbug Mobile. You can find it here.

    http://www.handango.com/SoftwareCata...&Ntk=All&Nty=1

All you have to do is click the icon on your desktop and it brings you your local conditions and forecast (along with current temp, wind speed and direction). From there you can call up

    Local Radar
    Forecast
    Severe Weather Alerts
    Live Cameras

and you can save many locations for quick reference.

I like it because it is live and very accurate.

The only downside is that you can not zoom out on the weather map. Sometimes I want to see how far away from CT a storm is and the map does not show me. In that event, I usually go to one of the web based sites I referenced before that let you zoom out to regional and national.

Re: Looking for a good Weather

I ran a quick check and it lists it as compatible. Please see the link:

    http://www.handango.com/PlatformProd...=c#compatible1

This product has a free Trial Download. As with any software, I recommend first trying the Trial before shelling out the dollars.

    Good luck.

Re: Looking for a good Weather

It's actually a program that links to the internet when you open it. It is a live feed program rather than a "push" program. If you watch the main screen, you will see the temp and wind change in real time. It is actual live, not delayed push.

Pinstack Mod Melissaox reviewed The Weather Channel Mobile program for BBHub:

    http://www.bbhub.com/2006/09/26/the-...r-application/

I would recommend that you download and try both programs with their free trials and see which one you like the best.

OK, I'm a little stupid but when say "Go to the Blackberry Help home page on your browser." are you speaking of a particular web address or what? I tried clicking the trackwheel from the browser and then clicking help, but I cannot find "Push Services". I would REALLY appreciate any help.
