Question Is IT software removal possible on my BB?

Hi, I'm new to the wonderful world of Blackberry and was wondering if/how I might be able to remove IT software from my blackberry. I purchased a used one on eBay and can't use the browser because it asks for an Enterprise Server....something or other. I'm thinking this means there's IT software on it, is that correct?

    Thanks a bunch!

Welcome to the Stacks Limefitz. I would recommend contacting the person you bought it from to have his company remove your Blackberry's PIN from its BES.

That means that the person who used it before you was on a BlackBerry Enterprise Server with an enterprise activation password. They did not have their device wiped before selling it on Ebay. If you can't contact that person, your best bet is to sell it back and look for one without an IT policy.

Hi all! Thanks for the welcomes and information. I was afraid that might be the case, oh well.
