| Installing handheld software
7130e, Verizon I downloaded the handheld software from verizonwireless.com, but cannot figure out how to install it. There were no instructions on the website. If I double click on the file (AutoBackup-(2006-12-29).ipd) windows just doesn't recognize the file type and doesn't know what program to open it with. help  |

You need to execute the downloaded file to install it on your PC. Then Open the Desktop Manager, Connect your BB to the PC, Open Application Loader in Desktop manager and follow the instructions in the Wizard. Hope this Helps Rcbjr. |
