i can't unlock my BB7105t TMobile that is from the USA because i am in the Philippines and i can't be able to contact TMobile USA already to get my unlock code coz i am in another country....... now.... my question is... IF I CHANGE MY OS TO CINGULAR FROM TMOBILE is it possible?

because i have a Motorola V220 from the USA and is from Cingular before and i can use my SIM card here in the Philippines right now.... my only problem is from TMObile becoz it does not read my SIM Card here in Philippines... now if i change my BB's OS to Cingular will that work? will it read my SIM Card here? please advise... thanks.....

there are sites that you can unlock your bb with...it cost a few bucks

changing your OS will not unlock the phone to 'that' carrier.
you will have to obtain the unlock code from either tmobile (if the bb is a tmo bb) or pay to have it unlocked (www.gsmphonesource.com)
