everything is hard how do you download stuff and how do you use thebb chat too

~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~if its an ota link just click it and accept the download if not you have to download it to your computer and use desktop manager to load the .jad file just look for ota (over the air) links there much easier to use if your new to the wonderful world of Blackberry

by the bb chat, do you mean BlackBerry Messenger? the other users must also have a BlackBerry, and you chat via PIN message between the two users.

You can also download using your DM (Desktop Manager) and installing 3rd party apps to your PC, you will then use App Loader in DM to install these apps to your BB.
BBM is easy to use, just add friends via PIN #, see BlackBerry Messenger section of the forums and
there are lots of folks here looking for Pin friends. Also a section here on how to use BBM:
