hello everyone i hope im posting this in the right place if not please direct me to the right thread but my question is does incoming calls always go directly into voicemail when surfing in the browser or using the blackberry messenger? i have the newest os on the 7100i

Bluemoon, I don't think they automatically go into voicemail unless you have selected "Do Not Disturb" in the Profiles. I do not believe it is different for the 7100, but on my 8700g, if I'm surfing and a call comes in, my browser stops and alerts me to the incoming call. Anyone else?

thankyou ljbyar for geeting back to me i just went in the prfiles and the do not disturb is not on and ive been testing it when im on the messenger or surfing and it always goes into the voicemail plus i get people that call and tell me it always goes into the voicemail. My problem is this takes place as my landline but i guess i will have to wait until evening to play on the browser or messenger lol thankyou very much ljbyar i appreciate it very much

How long has this been happening for? Why don't you try a battery pull, wait 1 minute, reinsert battery. Might help correct it if this is a new issue.

its always done it ever sense ive had the phone ive tried taking out the battery but that doesnt resolve the issue but i guess i can live with it lol
i guess if its important enough they will leave a message lol

still trying to figure out why when im using the browser my incoming calls go into voicemail i have the 7100I with the newest upgrade also when im using the blackberry messenger any help would be greatly appreciated

Mine always have gone to vm when I'm surfing. This is on the pearl and the 7100i

On my 7105t: I get all calls. I use t-mobile. Which service provider to you use? It could be a network glitch/problem.
