    Getting frustrated!

    I bought a used Blackberry 7130, and I keep getting the previous owners emails nonstop!!! How do I set it up so I can get my emails, not his. This is driving me nuts!!!!!! Its with Verizon Wireless if that helps at all.

    Welcome to Pinstack, ktalkin. You will need to contact the previous owner and have them remove the BB from their Account. This is a problem with buying used blackberries. If you can't contact the previous owner, you might contact Verizon and see if they can help.

    Rcbjr is right. This actually popped up today with a friend of Chris. The previous owner either didn't get a new berry, or they haven't configured their new berry to get the emails (if they are using the same emails and on the same carrier). Contact him. He may be wondering why he isn't getting any emails.

    Thanks for all the suggestions! I love this thing to death. Except the constant emails for this Chris guy. I guess he went to Harvard, or something... Is that anyone on here by chance?

    I managed to get the password for the PIN, but the USER ID to login is something... That I have no clue. Looks like im going to Verizon!

    cp6169, I did catch the humor! At first I thought you made a mistake. Typing too fast or something :P

    Chris Turner? I believe thats who all these emails/texts are for. Some are from Maggy? I dont have the phone near me... Ill have to check.

    Man, I don't understand why in the world someone wouldn't wipe their BB and remove the BIS/BES policy before they sold it...Obviously you aren't that type of person, but if the wrong person bought it and was getting the other persons email, someone could definately wreak havoc.

    Thats for sure. I guess the seller whom I purchased it from was selling it for her boss. Makes sense now! Yet still... Luckily I just deleted anything that came in for the previous owner. Whats his is his, whats mine is mine. I respect privacy completely! Hopefully he has cancelled his PIN for it. I would like to get it registered to my name instead!!!

    Oh well no rush. Time fixes everything.
