Question Email on Exchange Server & Device (7100t/g)

I had to reload my device. My old emails are on the server, but how do I get them back onto my Blackberry? New emails show up fine, but, am concerned about the old one's on the server...

Re: Email on Exchange Server & Device (7100t/g)

~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~

There is a setting in DM in redirector settings under the advanced tab where you can specify which folders are synchronised to your BB.

This may help...but it also depends on any restrictions your BES/Exchange admin may have on your ability to change these settings.

Did you do a backup? If you restore all (that is, after backing up all), then DM should be able to restore all your messages.

Hope that helps.

Re: Email on Exchange Server & Device (7100t/g)

Thanks for the info. I did not do a backup, mainly because I knew everything was on the server, but I did not realize that there was not a 'push' feature for emails you've ALREADY received, and read...

Nonetheless, I will do a backup the next time I plan on wiping the device.
