    Like I said before, is it possible that I downloaded/used the wrong Desktop Manager since I am not sure which software I am running on the BB device. (I think it's 4.1 but I am not 100% sure).

    I tried uninstalling it and re-installing it but it still wouldn't work.

    Would you please be kind enough to explain what a "clean" install would be?

    A search of the Blackberry.com Knowledgecenter gave this Page for the BlackBerry Java Error Codes. The listed action to take with a Device Error 365 is to contact your Carrier. I suggest you call Cingular and Ask for the Blackberry Data Support Desk.
