Turning off. I let it go the 1st 2 times, but it just did it a little while ago. It does it once its been sitting for a while. But the odd thing is that I cant get it to come back on using the power button on the top...hell, Ive tried every button....nada! I have to take the battery out and put it back in to get it to power up.

Whats going on?

unless it's an auto on/off setting then that sounds defective.

I concur. There are auto off setting in the options area. I hope they're set to turn your unit off automatically. If not, you may have a defective device.

Im guessing defective for sure. The auto on/off options are disabled. This thing is acting crazy.
Im going to try to find the nearest Tmoble dealer and ask them.

I agree with auto on/off, please double check. If not, it might be the battery not charging fully. It can be the battery too, which can be replaced. I've experienced this in the past with a couple users here.

Well since it's been less than 14 days, take it back to T-mobile and get a new one. It's sounding like a defective unit to me.

Okay, I just got my 7105t today and my screen keeps turning off. not the whole device, but just the screen.

It comes back on when I hit a button or the trackwheel. Is this a possibility in your case?

No, mine turns completely off. I cant even turn it back on with the power button. I have to remove/replace the battery.
