    Hi all,
    For some reason I can not view a simple jpg attachment from an e-mail, it says: "More request cannot be completed. Service book information not found." any clues? Also after upgrading to 4.1 my spanish language selection is gone...

    Hello Dan. To get the Spanish back you need to download the handheld OS to your pc and load it through desktop manager, making sure to only check the language you need.

    As for the jpg attachment, check in your applications to see if you have the Blackberry attachment service. If not then you can load it the same way as the Spanish language.

    sending again the services books, don't fix that kind of problems?

    There are two ways, through the BIS web site or if your carrier permits through an icon in your blackberry device. inside there is a service book link, that send the configuration of your emails, browser and attachments again to the blackberry.

    I uninstalled the 4.1 software on my PC... Re-installed 4.1, deleted the vendor.xml, reconnected my 7100g and it did not tell me I needed to reload anything, I am sorry if I did not understand correctly, but I still do not have attachment service... as for the language, it is still english (US) and english (UK) only...

    I do not have an icon for sevice book, what is the link for the BIS web site?

    I finally called customer support, and they did help me with getting attachments working, like BBPeruMaster said, just went to the web page and was able to send the service books from there... However, still only one language to select... I really need two, I send emails in english and spanish, its nice to have the both laguages...

    You need to find a multi-language version of the 7100g OS. Check your carriers website for a link to their OS download site.

    At this time the provider only has 4.0 available... Guess I can wait...
