blind copy email on 7100v

Hi

On my 7100v homescreen I have an unopened envelope indicating that I have mail. However all my messages have been read/marked open. A possible cause is that someone blind copied me in a couple of emails which were redirected to my BB via BIS. Does anyone know how to get rid of the icon or access the blind copy email?

Someone who BCC'd you, that email would sho up the same as all email.

Missed calls and often show up as unread. Clear your call logs to check.

Also, in messages click the trackwheel and select saved messages, make sure it's empty.

How many unread is it indicating?

It currently indicating 1 unread. Have cleared call log and saved messages but no joy!

NEWS FLASH - did another soft reset and the envelope disappeared! Very strange.
