BlackBerry 7130e and Attachments

I would like to be able to view and or download attachments sent to me on my 7130e. Does any one have any ideas?

When you receive an email with an attachment click the trackwheel and choose view attachment. Have you tried this, were you unsuccessful?

with some text attachments, yes, but files no.

no - it just does not recognize them and when I press the cliskwheel it says nothing about attachments

What files are you trying to view as attachments? The BlackBerry will only support certain types of attachments. Read here for more info...

Mike, also make sure you have the newest OS from your provider, located in the RIM OS software forum.

Where do I find the latest firmware for the 7130e?

It's currently running Version 4.1.0.268 (Platform) 2.2.0.98

You can download the newest OS for your 7130 from your wireless carrier.
For Verizon, you can download it here: http://vzw.smithmicro.com/blackberry/
