Blackberry 7100i problem syncing with outlook

I am receiving an error message when trying to sync a 7100i blackberry with MS outlook. Error message reads, "The file or database name associated with MS outlook is missing, invalid, or points to a value of zero length.
Use the browse button to locate the file or database you wish to use with this application."

Jonathan82, It's probably something minor. I have a 7100i and I am able to sync with Outlook with no problems so don't give up.

I have an 8700 and I am able to sync with outlook on my computer but I am trying to sync my boss's 7100 with his computer and it doesn't seem to want to work. I'm not sure where to start. I have tried going around it and clicking browse but then when I get to the file that I want for the address book, it will not allow me to select it.

Thanks for your help, I'll try that one out when I get a chance and have the other blackberry.

I still haven't been able to resolve the issue with the 7100i. Let me know if someone out there knows of anything else.
