hi everyone i was wondering if anyone has had this problem i recently bought berry pix 2.0 after having the trial version so when i try to activate it i put the valid key in it doesnt work i have reloaded it but nothing happends thanks for the help by the way its on a 7100i

I have Berry Pix and never had a problem registering it.

I would say contact Rick at Colabnet and tell him the problems you are having, and he will get back to you quickly with a solution...

I sure would be happy to help. If you could, please go to our website http://www.colabnet.com and click on the support link. If you could enter your device PIN on the support form there as well as what you are trying to use for your activation code that would be great.

I have a feeling that your activation code might not be valid for your device PIN. The most common reasons for this are:

1) mistyping your PIN on the purchase page
2) confusing the letter D and the number 0
3) confusing the letter B and the number 8
