From be BES admin program, there is a Nuke Handheld option which wipes out everything. You have to completely reload the software from this point. This is generally a cure for anything except hardware problems.

If you have a recent Desktop Manager installed on your PC, you should be able to do an Enterprise Activation just by plugging in the handheld with DM running if the unit matches the email login used for DM. If the unit is unassigned or assigned to another email, DM can grab it and activate it unless that feature has been turned off in the IT policy (your BES admin can tell you).

If your company is running a BES and has many units, you are not getting the service you should. I get a replacment BB from Verizon overnight.
