I am having trouble changing when my black berry retrieves new mail. I have it linked to my outlook and it is checking anywhere between 10 an 25 minutes. Is there a way to dictate how ofter it retrieves mail. I would like to set it up where it does it every 5 minutes.

Are you using the Desktop Redirector on your computer? In that case, it will check as often as Outlook checks, so you will need to modify the time in Outlook to get it to check more often.
