7100T problems

i will charge my phone for days or hours or min what ever it takes turn it on and it says battery drianed shutting down and i just put in a new battery any ideas? how to fix it?

If you're not afraid to take it apart, check to make sure the battery contacts aren't bent. I had the same problem with a 7100t. When I took it apart, I noticed 2 of the contacts were bent and weren't touching the circuit board at all.
