7100i - what is the long top button for ???

    hi guys,
    I just switched to a BB7100i from a BB7520., it's a pretty nice little unit.
on the old 7520, i would push the bar on the top of the unit to use the walkie talkie.
on the 7100i, the side button activates the walkie talkie.., does anyone know what the top long/bar/switch does ?... it is the one between the power switch and the speakerphone switch.

    thanks

It's just a decorative type thing, it's not really a button. Seing as how the 7100i was my first BB, I thought the same thing, that it was some sort of undocumented secret button that had great powers, but sadly, no.

Isnt that one whole piece, to connect both the speaker button and the light cycle button.
