7100g error 322 HELP

My 7100g just 'sh*t the bed' with a 322 error along with other errors, I could not reload the OS via any method. is there a CMOS battery? where is it located? if I bump the BB on a hard surface it will boot properly... go figure....thanks

Michael, please take a look at this thread which should help you with reloading your O/S. http://blackberryforums.pinstack.com...uter_wont.html. I hope you had a recent backup. Let us know if this works for you.

I have been able to reload the OS but I am still getting the device error 322 on the screen, then it goes white screen and cycles over and over...
