Does the 7100(g) have voice commands such as voice dial and digit dial? I am having a hard time accessing these options if they are even available.

No Blackberry devices have voice dial. It's a bummer, especially with bluetooth headsets.

My 7230 has digit dialing. You actually use the full qwerty keyboard which gives you 26 quick dial keys. I'm not too sure about the 7100 series phones. I would think they would have one touch dialing as well.

The 7520 also has digit dialing. Useful enough I guess.

You just have to hold the button down.

10) How do I create a speed-dial entry (phone models only)?
- Hold down any letter on the BlackBerry keyboard for one second and
a dialog will pop-up asking if you'd like to assign a number. Once a
number is assigned holding down that key will automaticaly call the
number.

Check out Voice Command. Performance not that good, but it works for email, phone, web and appointments.
