MMS - Media Messaging Service (I think that's the breakdown) anyway it applies to picture and video messaging

SMS - Short Message Service (again, I think this is the breakdown) it applies to the short text messages that all phones are compatible with.

IM - Instant messaging - AIM, Yahoo Messenger, MSN Messenger etc. A data service

Pin Messaging - Unique to the Blackberry world. Another form of messaging that is similar to SMS in the format and feel, but only works between BB devices (no matter the carrier even. )

Blackberry Messenger - An IM service utilizing the BB Pin System. Again, only works between blackberries.

yes this is a good day for sprint customers. me useing a htc mogul with the 15 dollar plan and 5 dollar 300 text plan i can upgrade to a blackberry which i miss plus now have unlimated text. so it comes out to what it would cost to have unlimated text on the mogul but be able to use a blackberry with gps. also i still have a old 6700 to mess with hen i need my windows mobile fix lol. now i just need cp to sell me one of his 8830's.

yea the touch is nice but the no keyboard is wack. i have the keyboard the touch comes with on my mogul and i cant get used to it.

What kind of IM is sprint going to provide?

Is it the cruddy JAVA based IM clients?

They are referring to Google Talk, AIM and Yahoo.

There is "NO" picture mail added in this plan, and dont even expect this BB to have an mms option. I played with one today and there wasnt an option, i was told to im it or email it. They did say however they "will" integrate this feature hopefully before launch..

Wow I cant believe that this plan will not let you picture message, after they give you all of that other stuff, you cant give us something as simple as picture mail?

ALL of the other "Power Vision" plans have picture mail included, and this new "Power Vision" plan won't. Seems dumb to me.

This is a very good plan. No other carrier offers streaming video, tv and radio, built in GPS w/ free navigation, unlimited text and data for $30!

Oh I forgot to add something cp, these plans are not available in premier/p2k, you must have ensemble/UBP/CSM. I attached a screenshot of the newest update on OCT 31.

Thanks sprintb, I truthfully didnt realize this wasnt available in p2k, which kinda stinks cuz I was going to call all my customers that have the BB and have them switch if they wanted.
