no, just 8130's because of the different radio's in them (GSM vs CDMA)

What is "installing vendor themes"? Are you getting the Telus, Sprint, etc themes for this phone?

do so at your own risk, i just bricked it from install a game at the same time, i think i should of waited, but the themes did appear

i just installed to get the vendor themes and it broke my bb messenger. Had to remove bb messanger to get it get evdo. Trying to fix as we speak

bleah went to eat dinner, reinstalled the OS, if anybody has luck with the vendor thmese please let me know. think i am going to hang up the towel to watch this movie.

Is this an update to the os already on the 8130 or an update for older phones? If it is an update to 8130 what are the new features?

not an update, it is just the OS that shipped with the phone. so we can reload it when things go 'bad'.

This is not meant for the 8100. You will have issues with it if install it one the 8100. This has been talked about extensively in the RIM OS sub-forums.

I repeat this is NOT FOR THE 8100.
