Battery Cover Loose on the Verizon 8130

Has anyone else noticed that the battery cover on the 8130 is a little loose? I took mine by the Verizon store this week to check and see if they all were loose... they were.

It seems that there needs to be a little piece of foam attached to the inside of the battery cover to keep it from rattling.

ummm others have found that the regular 8100 has a loose cover door...just seems to depend on whether you get unlucky or not...you can probably get them to exchange it for you if it's becoming a problem...sorry...but welcome to the stacks!

I have a 8100 and I do have a piece of foam like you mentioned in the center of the battery door. Not loose at all. Not sure about the 8130 but I suspect it should have that foam on the door.

my 8100 has nothing on it's back door and is snug as a bug in a rug...so it's obviously a production oversight...maybe those with loose doors or foam on them are made in a certain country...who knows since there are like 4 production sites for BBs world-wide
