 Anyone know circuitry or chip details?
I am specifically looking to know which chip holds the ESN information so that I can fix a dead 8330. Any details such as info on schematics, layout, diagrams, datasheets, etc are appreciated.

My guess is that that's something that only RIM has and they probably aren't gonna let it out of the business. There's no reason for them to do it and every reason NOT to IMO. Sorry about your dead 8330 - hope you find a solution.
