Whats the difference between the "rogers" OS 4.5 and the "t-mobile" OS 4.5??? I been having issues with my girls blackberry 8320 i have installed and updated her blackberry with the "t-mobile" OS and it keeps rebooting itself over and over...can anyone help me with this please...im sorry if i wasnt supposed to post in here...

One - the latest DM 4.7 has been buggy and may be causing issues.
You might want to uninstall that and go to 4.6 linked above.

The rebooting issue, was the upgrade installed with a media card installed in BB?
If so, that's probably why.
Try wiping the device and reinstalling OS without the media card installed.

You can use any carrier OS as long as it is for the 8320 listed above.
Just follow the "How To" thread linked and delete the vendor.xml file.
No difference in OS.

i have recently updated my blackberry 8320 OS to 4.6. the problem is my pc device manager shows the version is 4.6.
however the blackberry 8320 still shows
app version 4.2.2.184(338) (after pressing alt+shift+ h).
and it makes me confused that whether the handheld i.e. blackberry 8320 phone is updated or not?
i am kinda new ti this type of phone and trying to resolve things by reading all the posts here.
if anyone could help me on the issue id be grateful.

4.6 is not out for the 8320. The only 4.6 out is the Desktop Manager unless you have a Bold or a 8220. You're confusing the two. You've most like have downloaded and installed Desktop Manager 4.6.

I'm currently running OS 4.5.0.110 on my 8320, though my carrier is listed down for the .81, would there be any difference?

Yeah you may see some changes with the down grade but IMHO .110 is the best 4.5 OS there is.
