I bought an 8800. Don't wait for 8320 unless you are non-professional user. I heard rumors that the 8320 contains a camera. (Note: 8800 does not have camera due to sensitivity of corporate users of the BB snapping pictures in their respective companies).

It's not a rumor -- all models in the 83XX line have cameras. That's the feature that distinguishes them from the 88XX line. And not all corporate environments don't allow cameras. However, RIM has enough clients that do to make the 88XX series worthwhile for RIM.
