I'm having a slight issue with seeting a personalized ringtone. I set the exception but it just won't work, anyone else having this issue too?

~via BB 8320 (wap.pinstack.com)~ I don't quite understand the question...if I am correct, your having problems assigning individual ringtones? Let's see...you said the exception boxes were checked? Perhaps when your at the number you want to assign a tone to, your not going to menu and than going to "assign a tone?". If that's not the case, than I am not sure why you can't get specific tones.

As far as I know, a myfaves contact is some what seperate from a contact you have in your addy book (even though you might have one of your myfaves IN your contacts, its not the same) if your trying to assign a ringtone to a myfave, go to that person in the myfaves app, and edit that contact. After your editing the contact, press menu and there should be something about assigning a tone. I hope this wasn't confusin, let me know if this helps.

I was going thorugh the same thing yesterday and went through the same thing when I added faves to my Pearl
