video on BB 8830? ...and Roxio Media Manger keeps crashing

Has anyone gotten a self-made video to play on the Bell 8830? I've tried everything out there, the free blackberry video converter, SUPER with the setting recommeded at blackberry.com, etc. Everytime, the media player says loading, then 'error, this is an unsupported format.' I'm no newbie when it comes to transcoding video, so i'm surprised i'm having this much trouble. I downloaded and installed Desktop Manager 4.2SP2 which comes with Roxio media manager, thinkting this would surely encode the video to the proper format, but on 2 separate machines, when i browse to my video files, I get this error:

    Help!

    ~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~
I too had the same issues when testing two 8830s. I googled to find already created 3gp video and those worked albeit at a very small picture. Nothing we tried worked, not Super, not Blackberry Video Converter, etc. We couldn't eveb get Roxio to work.
