| Verizon BB 8830 vs. BB 8703e pics
He are some pics comparing the two. My initial observations are: Keyboard is not an issue unless you have giant sausage fingers. Yes it is different than the 8703e but will work fine with a small learning curve. The 8830 is hard to hold comfortable because of it sleekness and size. It is longer than the 8703e but thinner. I find myself gripping it hard as I am worried I am going to drop it (has not happened yet). I believe it is about the same size as the Q but a little bit thicker. Ringer is not very loud. I guess my own ringers will fix that. The screen and the phone look very nice. No finger prints on the gray finish, only on the chrome parts. Battery cover is hard to remove. I may return it because of its size. I am hoping we get some news on a Verizon Pearl next month? Enjoy |

Forget the Pearl for VZW. Lets hope they release a CDMA-Curve.

Not everyone prefers full qwerty and AFAIK VZW doesn't have a single SureType device in their lineup.
