Help... I have Verizon service and about a week ago I stopped receiving my company e-mails. I have done the following to try to resolve:
Resent Service Book
Called for updated software
Deleted e-mail account and reset up (has worked in the past)
My IT people know nothing about BB.
If your IT admin goes int othe BES server and looks at the BB manager at your account it will show the last time your BB contacted the server...
if its been days or weeks have the Admin right click on your name and RESEND Service Books....this will force a connection between the two.
Do you have the Blackberry Enterprise package on your phone ?
Options>Advanced Options> Enterprise Activaction ?
You need this package in order to connect to a BES server
if all this has been done and you have the correct Data Package have you tried removing your account from the BES server and then recreating it and resending the Activaction to your phone.

I will send a copy of your post to my IT people and see what they can do. It sounds like anything that can be done has to be done from my companies server. I will get back to you whether it worked. Thanks for the help.
You said ask you about your free ringtones. My husband is pissed at me because I upgraded him to a BB and he lost his Monday Night Football ringtone. Do you have one and how do I install it on his BB
