Connection problem with my computer
hey guys, I have a 8830 with verizon, I have connected it to my computer yesterday and earlier today and it worked just fine and now when I do it says one of the usb devices has malfunctioned!!! what do i do?? I am running on vista. Thanks for the help!!!
Are you using the latest version of desktop manager?

Disconnect your device from your computer and go to Control Panel, System, Device Manager, and under your USB section, are there any yellow exclamation point icons? If so, right-click on that icon, Update Driver, and see if that solves your problem.
If you do not have that icon there, post back and we'll troubleshoot some more.
