    Brightness Questions on 8830

I have a Blackberry 8830 through US Cellular. I've been very happy with the media player on it, and watch many videos that I transcode for it.

The only issue I have is that the brightness likes to dim, and I haven't been able to identify the pattern as to what causes it. Anyone have any ideas of how to make the brightness stay high while watching a video, either through an internal setting, or a third party application that will assist me in controlling it.

    Any ideas?

Could you tell me where to find that? Under Options I have Screen/Keyboard and the section for Screen has this
    Brightness: 10-100% in 10% increments
    Backlight Timeout: 10, 20, 30, 45 seconds, 1 min, 90 seconds, and 2 min
Automatic Backlight On or Off (Currently On)
LED Coverage Indicator On or Off

I just turned off automatic backlight, maybe that's the setting.

I think you found it. It's the automatic backlight.
