    Question Attachments on 8830

We have an 8830 that was opening attachments, but stopped 3 weeks ago. Have been trying to find solution, but no luck. My user gets his email and it shows that he has 2 attachments, but when he highlights the [2 Attachments] and chooses the menu, there is no choice to download, save or open the attchments. This is happening with all his email attachments.
    Any suggestions?

Is it possible that the attachments are not viewable - that is are they different formats than they were 3 weeks go? Has a different OS been upgraded. Has anything else changed. (Just trying to prod you into detective work and get more info.

Then as they mentioned above it's probably something that isn't viewable. What kind of attachment was your client trying to open before?

Often times when I cannot view a file it is because the file size is too large. Maybe that is the culprit...?
