| 8830 Video issues
Hey board! Hoping someone here can help. I have the 8830, and im trying to convert a wmv 220 meg video to avi so that it can play easily on the BB. I have tried the free BB video converter that everyone uses, and it seems to convert it to a much smaller avi file, but here is my issue. After transferring it, I tried to load the avi on the BB media player, and after about 10 seconds it says the file is of a format not supported. Any ideas?

Hi i have tried smaller WMV files with the BB video Converter, and after a while of playing, the video stops and you can still hear the sound... It must be some kind of problem with the BB converter and the WMV files. Cheers |
