Question 8830 Outlook Sync Causes Intermittent System Freeze

I have a brand new 8830 world edition BB, on the Verizon network. I use Outlook 2003 on a Windows XP MCE 2005 edition. When I made the initial sync with outlook, (importing the new data from my BB to outlook) my outlook suddenly starts to intermittently freeze, and then come back, and then freeze, and then come back... i am using multiple profiles on outlook for work and personal, and am only syncing personal stuff.. so, when it starts to freeze, i go in and delete that profile, create a new one, and when i sync again, THEN it starts repeating that temp app hang... (freeze, unfreeze, etc)

    any ideas???

Sorry about the late reply. What are the specs of your PC?

Sound like a PC issue. Hard to say remotely. See this article:
    http://www.pcstats.com/articleview.cfm?articleID=1565

You can also go to add/remove programs. For office 2003 click "change" then run the repair service. I've used that at least 10 times before to fix Outlook and Visio issues.

    However, hard to tell remotely.

    Good Luck!
