I have a Verizon 8830 World edition BB. I have entered a signature but when I sent emails from my device the signatures are not showing up. Anyone have any idea why?

Thanks in advance for any help provided.

The only way I know how to add a signature is via the blackberry email account setup site... I recommend to use the pc to do your email vs the phone its easier.
    For
    sprint go to www.sprint.blackberry.com

    Verzion go to
    www.blackberry.com/go/vzw

You you make the requested changes click service books on the left handside then send service books then your done
    ~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~

We use a corporate BES server so there is no need to go to the email account websites.

To enter the signature i went to email - options - email settings - and have it setup under use auto signature. On my BB Curve it works fine. I wonder if there is a limit to how many characters you can enter. My Curve signature is simple says thanks, and my name

The signature that is not working on the 8830 had several lines of information. Could that be possible? Is there a character limit on the signature file on a BB?

If you are on a BES, even though you can access the signature option and enter information, it could be restricted by your BES Admin. If your signature is not showing up, check with your BES admin as the feature is probably turned off.

Thanks Kalebsdad I checked with our BES admins and they informed me that they are not blocking or have that feature disabled.

    Anyone have any other thoughts.

I just checked my Auto Signature

I just checked on my Auto Signature for my BES 8830WE (Verizon) and it isn't showing up under the options either. I have Auto Sig on my Outlook email though. All I get is the "Sent from my Verizon Wireless Blackberry", which I don't care for. And, like the other Stacker, my IT guys say that they are not blocking that feature.

So under Messages, Options, Email Settings, "Use Auto Signature" is not there?
