    my 7130 did that too. I had a palm 650 back in the day and it split up longer messages. If the message is that long....call the person....

    this is so odd. I was able to do multi part messaging on Sprint before I went on vacation to China. Now that I'm back, I can't do it! GRR!

    All telus 8830's do this, they have it capped, just like no MMS, makes them more money if u go over ur data, they want u to email. ~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~

    Alltel is the same way on all BB devices. No multi-part messaging and no MMS. Which, I'm fine with the no multi-part messaging because SMS stands for SHORT messaging service. If I want to send something that long, I'll call them.

    It definitely isn't a deal-breaker for me because of all the other features the BB offers.
