    Question 8830 - Alltel - Hour Glasses

I just changed from a T mobile 8700g to the Alltel 8830. The 8830 seems to hour glass a lot. Simple things like when ignoring a call, closing an app, it hour glasses. It doesn't do it for very long but I don't remember the 8700 ever hour glassing when doing simple functions. Is this just part of this OS or do I need to take it back?

Press ALT + LGLG and clear your event log about once week. Also, press ALT + ESC and see what programs you have running in the background. Close out the programs you can (except the call log, messages...things that always run) by going to the "Close" function in the menu of each program.

I do this regularly and I haven't had any issues with my 8830.
