What are they doing during outages? Why can't they upgrade BBs to the new OS during that time so we won't have to manually do it?

I think what she means is why can't they do the upgrades OTA. I know the SideKick can do OTA upgrades which was cool. It was rumored that OTA upgrades were in the future for the BB. Just don't know when.

That would be the same for me, I have yet to experience any issue during an scheduled outage, Lucky I guess yet when it happens get ready for the numerous stackers that it does affect. Hayden should post this on the homepage all week long about the upcoming outage on May 3.

it effects me and my company since all of our international peeps are on our BES in NA. But thanks to dataoutages.com and the emails i get from them I can alert my international peeps in advance.
