Still acting a little flaky here. Able to send via BIS on Yahoo...but not receiving anything.

Curious if any Yahoo users are still having issues with BIS? I am receiving email here and there but it is ridiculously slow and not syncing with my inbox in a timely manner either (if it is at all).
