I'm trying to re-send my service books from Sprints BB site and it says can't do...please try later. Any suggestions? (Other than please try later)
If you log out and log back in, does it show your account suspended and please contact administrator?
No its not suspended. It finally said re-sent, but I'm not getting any emails at all right now. I have no idea what's going on.
I'm not getting email either, and I don't think it is ATT related as I have checked with an ATT, TMO and now you have confirmed Sprint.
last email was at 6am PST today (west coast here)
::edit:: just got two PS notifications, still nothing from other 4 email accounts.
E-mail receipt issues anyone?
I have not been receiving e-mails for over an hour now. I can send them and the recipient does get them. I can access the internet using the browser. I have pulled the battery to reboot.
I am running an 8830 on Verizon in Minnesota.
Is anyone else experiencing a lag in receiving your e-mails?

I just talked to Sprint BB support and there is a National Outage. About 5 hours he said. Now I know why they call these crackberries
I'm on Verizon in Indiana. I've got a bunch of emails sitting in my Yahoo account on my computer. Nothing is coming through to my Blackberry, though I can still send email and get to the Internet. It looks from the date stamps like this has been happening intermittently all morning.
im receiving PS notifications to my @att.blackberry email, just received old ones from this morning from hosted.
outbound seems to be arriving too so maybe the outage WAS 5 hours and we are seeing the end of it?

I am also unable to receive emails. I am receiving emails sent using desktop redirector but none of my pop emails are being received.
Internet on the browser is working.
I tried logging into my BIS account from my desktop and am unable to logon.
I ran a diagnostics test (Options, Mobile Network, Diagnostics Test) but did not received the test emails.
I'm on CDMA with an 8830 and US Cellular in Madison, WI.
Seems that there were some outages but reports are that service is restored now.
Here they come Yeah! 5 hours? it's only been 5 minutes!
I'm in Cali East Bay area. Backed email just came in.
Was working fine this morning. I just got a bunch from about an hour ago.
TMO, roaming on ATT in NC.
Verizon in Idaho is fully functional.
