I have not received anything on any of my BIS Accounts in over 2+ hours. Blackberry Messenger and Browser and my BES account are fine. Spoke with another a buddy who is one AT&T and he isn't receiving anything either. I tried pushing services books and I still have not received them, almost an hour later. However, spoke to a buddy on T-Mobile who said he was getting emails fine. Anyone else experiencing issues? I'm on: AT&T Los Angeles Blackberry 8300 (Curve) |

I am on Rogers and I too am getting nothing and have not received the service books I sent myself an hour ago.

Had this same problem this weekend with AT&T. I had the whole no emails, service books, lowercase edge problem. Customer service (in or out of the store) had no answers. They swaped out my sim card and gave me a new one I'm not saying this solved my problem, but, about 30 minutes later my bb reset itself and everything was fine again. | It's not just AT&T. T-Mo is down too. T-Mo BIS email test hasn't been received yet. EDIT: Test email FINALLY sent thru. Let's see how long it takes to receive it. Can't access Setup Internet Email site via BB (for service books). Got this: "HTTP Error 502: Bad Gateway The gateway received an invalid response from the server when attempting to fulfill your request. Please try loading a different page. Contact your service provider if this problem persists." BB Browser works fine. Opera Mini can't connect, though. Got this: "Failed to connect to the internet. 100 java.io.IOException: Malformed Address. Returning null connection. HRT works fine. Registration message sent and received. Gonna try a Diagnostic Test (E-Mail not connected but everything else passed) and a reboot. All of this ALSO in Houston. Frustrating. Last edited by EricaJ1073; 03-12-2008 at 02:46 AM. |

I didn't even notice what time my email went down (possibly due to the fact that I'm under the influence of Singulair, Zithromax and Robitussin for bronchitis). I only realized it when I didn't get the test back instantly. Update: No e-mail yet. Still can't connect to BIS site via BB to get Service Books. Opera Mini still down also. All of this after rebooting. Disabled my Auto On/Off feature to see if I get my email alerts in about 3 minutes (I didn't get them). WTF is up with all these outages???? hmm...didn't notice til i saw this and sure enough, last email was 930p PST sent test from bb -- nada sent test from pc to bb -- nada bbm works browser works nothing on the data outage website either... ::edit:: san fran/bay area on ATT Last edited by cherrichiodo; 03-12-2008 at 03:04 AM. well i was out from 9:43 was my last email. and i get alot of emails at night for my following day. and at 3:13 i got 42 in one shot. an about 25 bbms my texts and phone where working fine. i wasnt even paying attention. im on att in nyc. ll is good now.
